Get Your Run on Hop

The lovelies at Runaway Bridal Planner and Fairy Tales and Fitness decided a runner based Bloghop was needed! I love this idea and had to join. It's my first bloghop! I am also a fairly new runner and have a bit of a love/hate relationship. I like to keep small notes, stickers, quotes and such around me to remind myself why I do certain thing. So I thought I'd share these with you in my giveaway! I had them made on RedBubble and love them! I have many different ones for myself on my planner, notebook, and bulletin board. I'm also including a pack or two of 4 different colored Post Its for the same reason; if you want a quote but want something not quite so permanent. I'm also including a pair of pink Lock Laces (if you win, and hate pink, I have lime green you can change it for). As well as a $10 Target gift card (not pictured).   3. The only workout supplement I really use is protein powder/shakes after strength training.

  9. I don't use many supplements, mostly vitamins. I try to get what I need from my diet. I do practice and race with GU packs.

  12. It's not a supplement, but half of a banana with a little bit of PB and some mini chocolate chips is just enough for me for a run if I'm going out when I get home from work. On the weekends, first thing in the morning it's a protein pancake (made with powder, oat flour, eggs).

    1. I love protein pancakes! I've made them in a few flavors but my standby ends up tasting like banana bread. Delicious!

  15. So glad you joined us in the hop! Great giveaway, I am weird I don't use really any pre-workout supplements. But because my Dr told me I had to, to help with an injury I have, I have recently started adding protein powder to my drinks.

    1. It depends on the time of day for me. 5:30 am workout before work? Might require a pre-workout! I do have a collection of protein powders though...

  23. I use Cocogo for runs, I don't know that is a supplement so much as a hydration thing, but I love it :)
