The Healthy Mind cookbook review

We have made two recipes from the book so far. I was honestly really excited to explore the connection with food to a neuro condition I have going on without answers.

Rutabaga potato mash

Quinoa kale

Honestly, the recipes were both a bust for us but that may have just been us! We plan on trying a few more of them soon!

My favorite thing about this cookbook though, is that she explains in detail the advantages and benefits of eating certain foods solo or in combination with other things.

It's a great cookbook for learning more about how foods relate to neurological conditions and function. This book definitely gave me some ideas about incorporating certain spices and food combinations into my daily meals and they seem to have helped!

It's a fantastic book and our family has enjoyed going through the book and selecting recipes to try soon. I'd highly recommend this book to people who are looking to get more health benefits from their foods, or just plain looking for new ideas. I already have some other recipes on the meal plan to try soon and I can't wait! (Sorry for the lack of pictures, we made the recipes when we were hungry and didn't take pictures!)

I received this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
